DENTAL INSURANCE

We have relationships with all dental insurers and provide direct billing. If you have a dental plan, consider it as means of assisting you with the cost of maintaining your oral health. Please provide our office with your insurance information on your first visit and inform us of any changes in subsequent visits. We will assist you with your insurance claim by explaining your coverage using your plan booklet and assist you with the paperwork associated with your claim.

The coverage in your dental plan is determined when your plan is purchased by you or your employer. The dentist does not have a say in what is covered and what is not. Dental insurance carriers consider the detail of your dental plan to be private since the PRIVACY ACT was introduced in 2004 and will not always release information about your plan to a dentist or dental office staff. If you do not already have a booklet explaining your dental benefits, ask your employer for one. Bring your booklet in to our dental office and our reception staff will be happy to help you understand the terms of your plan.

FINANCIAL

Our billing adheres to the fee guide set by the British Columbia Dental Association. For your convenience we have several payment options; Visa, Mastercard, cash, personal cheque or pre-arrange payment plans. We will be happy to work with you to arrange payment for the amount owing. If you have questions about fees, insurance or payments please do not hesitate to ask.
